Thomas recently received the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The CLHMS designation is awarded after extensive training for luxury properties, having documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and after have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

What distinguishes Thomas within his market and contributes to his Team’s ongoing success is his broad network of contacts throughout North America and worldwide, as well as in-depth market knowledge and insight into trends affecting his local area. Educated at McGill and Harvard Universities, attaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate Analysis, Thomas leverages his education along with his 15 years of experience to benefit his clients and gain a competitive edge as well as provide a comprehensive and personal level of service. In 2007, Thomas was well received as a Featured Speaker at the RE/MAX Netherlands Conference, where he gave presentations on Referral Marketing and Agent Branding, as well as being a Featured Panelist for the Canadian RE/MAX Conference last year. Combining these strengths, he is able to provide a comprehensive and personal level of service. Many of Thomas’ clients are second and third time home buyers and sellers.
